I’m looking for a roommate for the second bedroom

2. El apartamento es en el 5º piso, pero el edificio tiene ascensor
The apartment in on the 5th floor, but the building has an elevator

3. Antes de mudarse, tendrá que dar una fianza y un mes de alquiler
Before you move in, you’ll need to give a security deposit and one month’s rent

4. Los pisos en Madrid no son muy caros, pero no puedo permitirme más de 500€ al mes
The apartments in Madrid are not very expensive, but I can’t afford more than 500 euros per month
